![]() And the sad part of all, there is no department that oversees these poor business practices from Chase Executive team. I have documentation from two of Chase executive team member wrongfully denying my disputed claim. Thereafter, the claims department superseded that Executive member decision and reversed the credit, giving my money to a vendor who did not provide services according to contract. The claims department denied my claim wrong, resulted in me submitting my request to Chase Executive team, whom overturned the claims department decision and apologize on a voice recording that I still have to this day. Submitted a disputed claim to Chase, provided legal documentation, emails, and text messages explaining in details the nature of my issue. ![]() And the developer failed to honor the contract agreement. I had provided a payment to The Suitch via my Chase debit card, for modification on my mobile app. ![]() Most times, not because of their products, but employees who jeopardizes companies' integrity and policies. That's how companies become involved in class action lawsuits. I doubt very seriously high level decision makers of Chase are aware of these internal poor business practices. Chase Executive Team should be investigated on how they are handling chase accounts. ![]() I have not ever engaged in such poor business practices with Chase as a 10 plus year member. ![]()
